Currently we only accept payment via credit cards.
We use Stripe to handle our payments, and they do not support bank transfers or cheques for subscriptions. Managing receipts and subscriptions manually is too time-consuming and infeasible at our price point. Hence, unfortunately, we accept only credit cards at this time.
No. These are named licenses. This means that if you have 5 user licenses you can only add 5 users with login accounts. Licenses are transferable in the event an employee leaves the organization.
The minimum commitment for our SaaS service is one month. You can cancel your service any time. However, no refunds are offered for the unused portion of time. To cancel your account, please contact our support desk.
We do not offer refunds. However, we do provide a no-obligation free 30-day trial, so you can verify if the application suits your needs. After the free trial, you can start a monthly subscription to reduce your risk. Once you are confident, you can sign up for a longer commitment to take advantage of our long term commitment discounts.
Our pricing is already very low compared to the competition. Hence we do not offer additional discounts.

Yes, you can purchase additional licenses any time. Those licenses will co-terminate with your other licenses.
