Yes. Unlike our competitors, our plan is truly practical and free. It is intended for small teams. Our hope is that when these teams grow, they will upgrade to our paid plans.
However, we don't want to maintain data of free accounts who don't use us. It costs us, impacts performance of other users and serves no one. That's why free accounts will be deleted automatically after a period of dormancy.
Currently, we require you to add 5 test case results in the last 90 days to indicate that you are indeed using your account. If you do not do so, your account could be automatically deleted. For a QA team, we think, this requirement is quite fair. Otherwise, you can always upgrade to a paid account, in which case there is no such requirement.
Yes, you can purchase additional licenses any time. Those licenses will co-terminate with your other licenses.
You can upgrade anytime. You can downgrade at the end of your then existing plan.
